Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tether Flow platform, website, APIs, and related services provided by TetherHost Web LLP ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "Merchant," or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the service.

2. Service Description and Meta Policies

Tether Flow is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that facilitates business communication by integrating with the WhatsApp Cloud API. We operate as a Meta Tech Provider.

As a condition of using our platform, your use of the service is strictly subject to Meta's policies. You explicitly agree to comply with:

  • WhatsApp Business Policy: Governing acceptable use of the WhatsApp platform.
  • WhatsApp Commerce Policy: Governing what goods and services can be sold or promoted.
  • Meta Platform Terms: Governing your connection to Meta APIs.

Failure to comply with these Meta policies may result in immediate suspension of your WhatsApp Business Account by Meta and immediate termination of your Tether Flow account by us.

3. Acceptable Use and Compliance

You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account. You agree NOT to use the platform to:

  • Send unsolicited messages (spam) or communicate with end-users who have not provided explicit, unambiguous opt-in consent as required by the WhatsApp Business Policy.
  • Transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or obscene.
  • Sell or promote illegal products, drugs, weapons, adult content, or any other categories prohibited by the WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of our platform or the WhatsApp Cloud API.

4. Accounts and Billing

Account Security: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are strictly responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys associated with your account.

Subscription Fees: Our platform is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.

WhatsApp Conversation Charges: In addition to our subscription fees, you are responsible for paying all WhatsApp conversation charges (marketing, utility, authentication, service) incurred by your account. Depending on your configuration, these fees are either billed directly to your payment method by Meta, or passed through our platform.

5. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy and the security of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy. As a Meta Tech Provider, we act as a Data Processor for the messaging data you route through our platform. We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect this data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TetherHost Web LLP, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  • Any unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
  • Suspension or banning of your WhatsApp Business Account by Meta. We do not control Meta's moderation decisions.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or Meta's Developer Policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
